HOT:
Pear jam 140g
Osmanthus sauce 5g
Osmanthus oolong tea 100g
Hot water 250g
Rock sugar flavor syrup 5g
COLD:
Pear jam 140g
Osmanthus sauce 5g
Osmanthus oolong tea 100g
Rock sugar flavor syrup 5g
Ice water 120g
Ice cubes 150g
Steps
HOT:
Add pear jam, osmanthus sauce, osmanthus oolong tea, syrup and hot water into a pot.
COLD:
Tea : 90°C Hot Water : Ice Cubes = 1 : 30 : 15, stew for 10 minutes.
Add pear jam, osmanthus sauce, osmanthus oolong tea, syrup and ice water, ice cubes into the shaker cup, stir well with a bar spoon to mix thoroughly before serving.
