Recipe

HOT:

  • Mioke non-hydrogenated lite milk   60g

  • Honey fragrance black tea   160g

  • Brown sugar ginger tea   40g

  • Water   80g

  • Red date ring   5 pieces



COLD:

  • Honey fragrance black tea   160g

  • Brown sugar ginger tea   50g

  • Fresh milk   80g

  • Creamer concentrate   30g

  • Ice   200g

Steps

HOT:

Add above ingredients into a pot, heat while stirring until it reaches 50-60℃.



COLD:

Tea : 100°C Hot Water : Ice Cubes = 1 : 25 : 15, stew for 12 minutes.

add tea, fresh milk, coffee milk, syrup and ice into the shaker cup, stir well with a bar spoon to mix thoroughly before serving.
