  • Mango jam   30g

  • Tainong mango   50g

  • Cane sugar syrup   25g

  • Jasmine Maofeng   50g

  • Cheese foam cream   appropriate

  • Ice cubes   200g

Steps

Tea : 75°C-80°C Water : Ice Cubes = 1 : 25 : 15, stew for 7 minutes.

Pour 300g cheese foam creamer into the containerstore in the refrigerator after mixing

Add mango, mango jam, syrup, tea, ice cubes into the shaved ice machine until it becomes a smoothie, pour into the serving cup then add some of cheese foam on the top.
